Minimalistic screwless chair with optimization of the material waste.
The design aims for a flatpack design that can be assemble by hand without any tools. Using only cnc ready joinery as dogbones and Tbones. Optimizing material, space and fabrication time. Giving as result a really low cost affordable design chair made out of plywood.
CNC Optimization
All the parts of the chairs from the main seat plate to the backplate come from the left spaces of the frame structure.Reducing the waste and reusing it for the rest of the parts.
